This wine is sourced from 20-60 year vines in La Horra, a village in the Burgos District of Ribera del Duero. Produced by Bodegas Neo, with Isaac Fernandez, managing the vineyards and making
the wines. The grapes see an 8 day fermentation on the skins prior to gentle pressing. The wine was then aged in tank for 8 months prior to bottling to allow the grape tannins to soften.
