Rosado de lagrima, or “rose of tears,” is made from the free-run juice of whole cluster macerated grapes. The fruit is sourced from 30 year old Garnacha vines and the must is left in contact with the skins for 12 hours prior to saignee. There is no mechanical movement of must once in tank. Fermented in temperature controlled (cool) stainless steel tanks to maintain fresh fruit aromas.
