Made from the fruit of 40 year and older vines, cepas viejas, of Garnacha which are farmed in traditional methods, en vaso. The grapes were fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks at temperatures no higher than 80 degrees F. Skin maceration is limited to 15 days aiming to yield a generously textured wine. Aged for 3 months in stainless steel tank prior to bottling to allow some tannin to soften.

The 2007 No Time Garnacha is medium crimson-colored with an expressive nose of cherry and black raspberry. Medium-bodied, ripe, and succulent, this tasty effort has a lengthy, seamless finish. Drink it over the next three years. Issue 181, Posted May '09
