Rosado de lagrima, or “rose of tears,” is made from the free-run juice of whole cluster macerated grapes. The fruit is sourced from 30 year old Garnacha vines and the must is left in contact with the skins for 12 hours prior to saignee. There is no mechanical movement of must once in tank. Fermented in temperature controlled (cool) stainless steel tanks to maintain fresh fruit aromas, this crisp, dry rose will pair beautifully with seafoods and rice dishes.

The 2007 No Time Garnacha Rose offers an enticing bouquet of cherries leading to a dry, crisp wine which is just a bit compact and lean. Nevertheless, it is a good Rose for the money.

Bright pink. Ripe red berry and cherry preserve aromas are complemented by fresh flowers and minerals. Supple red fruit flavors offer good clarity and immediate appeal. This is all about fruit, offering good palate coverage but modest length. Issue 139, July/Aug '08

Well-chilled, this simple rosé would go down fine. Garnet-rose in color, aromas of strawberry and plum waft from the glass, leading to the ripe flavors of strawberry jam. It offers good acidity, and good value, too. Issue 18, August '09
