Grapes: 80% Viura and 20% Chardonnay
Vintage: 2007
Color: White
The fruit for this wine is harvested at night to deliver the grapes to the winery at cool temperatures. Both varietals are macerated with skins for 3-4 hours looking for greater aromatic complexity. Varieties are fermented separately in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wines are aged on their lees in tank for a few weeks, prior to being blended and bottled.
The 2007 No Time Viura (80%) – Chardonnay (20%) is medium straw-colored with aromas of green apple and peach. Crisp and vibrant on the palate, the wine has good flavors and a racy personality. Drink it over the next 12-18 months. Issue 178, August '08

Pale straw. Highly aromatic nose offers fresh melon, kiwi and lichee scents, along with a subtle spiciness. Tangy, light-bodied citrus and melon flavors show a refreshing bitterness, with an exotic mustard seed quality adding bite to the back end. Could use more length but this is appealingly fresh and easy to drink. Issue 139, July/Aug '08
