94 Tim Atkin MW Are we witnessing something of a Garnacha revival in Rioja? Let's hope so, if the quality of this wine is anything to go by. Aged in 20% new wood, it comes from a 70-year-old parcel at 650 metres on soils with plenty of limestone. Sappy, elegant and refined, with lovely focus, appealing minerality and crunchy red berry fruit. The finish is wonderfully persistent. 2021-25.
